Every engagement is framed by a rate defined from the start and remains stable until the project ends.

Average daily rates (excl. VAT)

Front‑end web development: €600 – €700 / day

Back‑end development & API integration: €650 – €750 / day

Automation & internal scripts: €600 – €800 / day

Data, integration & interoperability: €650 – €750 / day

Artificial Intelligence (RAG, NLP, business assistants): €800 – €900 / day

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: €700 – €800 / day

Software & technical architecture: €800 – €900 / day

Security, compliance & governance: €700 – €800 / day

Technology advisory & support: €750 – €1000 / day

Variations depend on technical complexity, the degree of support required and security requirements. Code ownership transfer, documentation and quality reviews are systematically included.

Multi‑expertise engagements

Some projects require multiple areas of expertise in parallel (e.g. AI and development, or security and automation). In such cases, we define from the outset a single blended daily rate, based on the expected engagement profile. This rate is agreed during scoping and remains fixed for the duration of the contract. If the scope evolves, adjustments are made by mutual agreement.

Engagement formats

Time & materials: for long or evolving engagements.

Fixed price: defined scope, firm price, precise deliverables.

Hybrid model: a combination of phases (audit, build, hardening) under the same contract.

Every engagement follows a clear framework: structured kick‑off, concise weekly updates, monthly steering committee if needed, dedicated channel (Slack / Teams), complete documentation and transfer of ownership at the end. For more details about our ways of working, see the Method page.

Practical conditions

Work mode: hybrid or 100% remote, with occasional travel if necessary.

Minimum engagement: from one day (audit) or a 5‑day sprint (development).

No surprises: any adaptation (on‑call, urgency, on‑site work) is validated in advance.

Security & compliance: GDPR and ISO 27001 best practices integrated from design.
